Trophy dish, sterling silver, to William (Bill) Sellers Cox, Sr., for racing CANVASBACK, #17, Sound Inter Club sailboat, September, 1936. "Randomly" found in the possessions of his niece, Louisa Alger Watrous, historian for the class restoration, who was researching the boat histories, the day after she found a NY Times article about her Uncle Bill sailing on #17 in 1936!
