Thirty-two miles of sparkling clear waters, surrounded

Called 'An-di-a-ta-roc-te' by the Iroquois Indians
and 'Le Lac du Saint Sacrement' by the French,
it was named 'Lake George' by Sir William John-
son in honor of the English King, George II."
